Succession
=========

#1
~Building upon rule #1.2 of the Official Rules and Bylaws.
In the instance that the emperor is incapacitated, quits runescape, or retires, a new emperor will be chosen.

#1.1
~Because the Emperor is also one of the Kings or Forums master, the Upper advisor or official pick from the forums team pool (see #1.3) will be immediately promoted.
#1.2

~The 3 kings and forums master will then forward one of themselves for the position of emperor. The candidate in question will not vote for himself, but will abstain, leaving the decision to the remaining 3 Royal circle inhabitants.

#1.3
~In the event of the Forums Master is incapacitated, quits runescape, or retires, a new Forums Master will be chosen. The new Forums Master will be chosen from the Forums team pool, a member of the clan in good standing, selected by the Royal Circle. The selected member will be immediately elevated to the new position.

#1.4
~In the event of a King being incapacitated, quits runescape, or retires, and new king will be promoted from the upper advisor. The lower advisor will then be promoted to upper advisor and a new lower advisor will be selected.

Rules and Bylaws
==============

#1
~There will always be 7 generals within the clan. This will consist of the 3 Area Kings, the 3 Area King's Upper advisor, and the 1 Forums Master.

#1.2
~There will be 1 emperor, coming from one of the 3 Kings and Forums master's ranks. Succession will be chosen by a 2/3rd's majority vote amongst the afore mentioned leaders.

#1.3
~For large scale issues, the Upper circle (consisting of the 3 Kings, Forums Master, and 3 upper advisors) will make a decision in a 3/4's majority vote. (that being a 4-7 minimum vote).

#2
~There will be 5 Captains ranks within the clan, consisting of the 3 lower advisors, and the News team leader and the Clan Chat Moderator Leader.

~There will be an un-specified number of lieutenant's ranks within the clan, being determined by a vote of the entire Command Circle.

#3.1
~The Command circle consists of the 3 kings, the 1 forums master, the 3 upper advisors, the 1 news team leader and the 3 lower advisors.

#4
~Other ranks consisting of "added"(smily face) through sergeant will be determined at the clan leader's discretion with input from the other 2 kings, the forums master, and the upper and lower advisors.

#4.1
~A question of ranking may be petitioned to the Upper or Royal circle, with the majority vote deciding the action.




Read over it and make the necessary changes if you want.

Smart Coffe8's Guide to Money Making
===============================

~1. Use wc or fish to get 1mil+.

~2. Use that money to buy a bunch of rune essence, a ring of duelling( for every 100 essence you buy, and a fire tiara or tailsmen.

~3. Teleport to Duel Arena from the G.E. with the tailsman, a ring of duelling( and all the essence you can and nothing more for weight purposes (using your first charge so you are at Castle Wars when you need to change rings.)

~4. Run north to the altar and go in and craft runes.

~5. Immediately teleport to Castle Wars and bank to refill on essence (and ring of duelling if needed) but DO NOT DEPOSIT THE RUNES. It wastes time.

~6. Teleport to Duel Arena.

~7. Repeat 4-6 until out of essence.

~8. Teleport to F.o.G. and walk to G.E.

~9. Sell your runes and buy new essence and more rings of duelling(.

~10. Repeat 3-9 until 50 runecrafting.

~11. Go to guild on world 60 and watch for people advertising for 50/50 games.

~12. Enter the clan chat and follow their directions on which world to go to.

~13. When you get to that world, ask which team you should be on (some people consider the split as important to be equal). Also ask which format they are playing (it is normally 3-3-1-1 which means that one team plays the first three games, the other team plays the next three, the first team plays the 7th and the second plays the 8th; if your team is not "playing" you sit around and talk). Last, MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHICH TEAM IS GOING FIRST! People get mad when you play the wrong altar.

~14. Play while crafting on the nature altar and possibly the air or mind.

~15. At the end of the game, you get tokens. 600 usually. Spend that all on noted pure essence. (It says Rune Essence but you get Pure.)

Scavenger Hunt
=============

Heres how it works.

Basic Idea: Find the hiding person before the other members of the clan.

Basic Rules
1. We will not be hiding on an island.
2. We will not be in wilderness.
3. We can be upstairs and downstairs in buildings.

Starting Point: Behind Lumbridge Castle

ROUND 1:

Rules:
1. No teleporting

Idea: First one to the person hiding wins 10k. 5 minutes after the this hunt has begun, you will get a hint. You will begin only when illpkforever tells you to Start.

ROUND 2:

Rules:
1. Teleporting is allowed.

Idea: You will be split into 2 teams in 2 different clan chats. First WHOLE team to the person hiding wins. 5 minutes after the hunt has begun, you will get a hint in both the clan chats. The person hiding will be hanging out in both clan chats to repeat the hint or to give another one.

ROUND 3:

Rules:
1. You must find the 3 people hiding in order
2. Teleporting is allowed.

Idea: Everyone goes back into illpkforever's clan chat. You will find each person that will be hiding in the order you are told. You MUST find us in order. 5 minutes after the race has begun, you will be given a hint to find the first person. When you find that person, he/she will give you a hint to the next person. That person will inturn give you the hint to the last person. The first person to reach the last hiding person will win 20k and another prize of more value such as a 5-7 day loan of a Santa Hat, Green Halloween Mask .. etc..



New events like this keep the clan fun and unique (Attracting members)!!! Lets have more unique events!!!

Just a couple thoughts here...

-I do not have Born's Funniest Threads anymore. I can give you another thread if you want to add it.

-Wade made the lists for the God Armies already. They're on likt page 185 of the old thread.

-I would keep up with the goals. They're not the only ones who have them.

-I saw the latest thread and I really don't want to give away Crocky. We need this to be hidden so we know that the people we are accepting into our clan know and understand the rules. You make the choice though: More members or rule abiding members.

I put in the stuff that Wade did, and his f2p money guide. If we get more stuff like his guide and your guide smart, we could practically start our own "Guide to f2p money" thread

I just find it really stupid that we have to make it this easy to guess... My suggestion is that you take it off caps lock on the new thread or take out the "The hidden phrase is in the rules". i say one or the other, not both.

Smart, I removed the hint from the application, but left the italics in the Rules. If we have a problem with people not following the rules, we can always change it more.

PK, since you created this site, this question would apply to you Is there a way to make a part of the site so only certain people can access it?
