A black ball system.
In the black ball system, 1 vote equals elimination.
For example,
Let's say I said, 'I want Daplaya1 (not a real person) to be promoted to grand vizier' you or honar could say, 'meh, no' and either one of you could block it.
Additionally, if Honar said, 'yay, playa has a phat, is ausomw, i want him in 2', you could say, 'meh, no' and it would still work. (it would also work for honar or me, on any issued you bring up, or by you and me on any issue honar brings up.

We had a great clan wars event today.

Im reconsidering hosting events untill you get a new comp so members will be tempted to be in the cc more.

If you can think of a new job that will benefit the clan more than events please let me know .

How about Saturday? Or next Wednesday? I'll stock up on iron sets on Friday to hand out. As usual, I'd like the Sat. war to be 5 pm, est., as any other time might conflict with something irl

But I want this to be a 'clan' event, not a fatehill event so what ever works for everyone else. I'll post something on our forums.

Your not going to be a URA until you pick 2 Jobs for our clan. You have shown loyalty for sticking around so long but I need you to do something that will help the clan on a regular basis. Something I would suggest is Leading a Weekly Clan Event and Applying for the Forums Team. If you take up these jobs and do them properly you will then be made into an LRA. Note that when you are given a Position you will be expected to Moderate our Clan Chat while online.

The reason you will not be directly made into a URA is you must earn the URA position.. you will be made into a URA once a new LRA is chosen in your place.

I Hope you are clear on this.
