The clan grows well. (I consider it a good thing that people WANT to be promoted. Means they like the clan )

As I said before I cannot make Yangus anything yet. I tried explaining to Yangus about taking up a Job but everytime I asked him what he was interested in he said Lra or Ura

If you and Honar both agree on Yangus being put in as a Lra or Ura I will install him as one. But otherwise I cannot make him one using my own opinion. So I need you both to respond to this. Once I get my Computer I am going to name atleast 1 Lra in the week. Yangus can be made an Lra now but that is up to you two.

Yangus has been a great clan member and i think he would do great in his new position .

And yes azn i could always use help in events .

I think Yangus is a good clan member. He's active, logs into the cc, and gets along well with other clan members.

But as a compromise, maybe we should start him as a lra?

It's agreed then Yangus will be made Lra of Zamorak, but on the condition that he takes a job with the clan. Wether thats leading an Event or Member recruitment/applications it dosen't matter but he needs to be doing something.

I am agreed with this arrangement.

I also suggest we start using a "black-ball" system when doing rank advancements. This is just because we should all be comfortable with whomever we are promoting, and using a black-ball system would solve that.
