Communications Thread - Used to Directly talk to Illpkforever

Well, since we have some interest in the vids team we should tell you guys what we'd like to see in it.
Eventually, I think we are looking for some of our events (monster hunts, iron wars, cwing, FOG) to be vidded, and posted. I think mainly we would be doing our pvp trips.

~Concerning logistics~
I personally want an individual youtube account used, a new one not linked to any one person. This would keep the focus of the channel on the clan, and would prevent any leaking over of personal lives (something I think should be kept guarded).
DO NOT MAKE AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM ILLPK!!! When we do make one, we should probably make a throw away e mail account for it. I'm thinking t3ge@w/e? for the yt account T3GE, or just 3GE-we'll have to decide on that.

But before anything is finalized, and/or done, we should have a in-game meeting with all concerned parties.

as smart coffe, azn and ak are the ones interested in the team, they should set up a meeting together to discuss it. Logistics, technical aspects, who would do what, etc.

Ill and I are working on promotions guys, so don't worry.

I had a little plotting session while sitting through a boring song...we could franchise our style of clan with area's becoming a part of the name. Such as, we are the main "grandfather" version of the clan, and we are T3GE. We could have say, Pacific based members join the P3GE

hey sir fate, i like the idea of expanding, but...dere r a few problems u know
firstly, the bigger we get, the less homely members will feel. its like this, people who work in huge multinational companies rarely get the opportunity to meet and talk to the CEO or whatever of the company. they may feel "neglected" and think that they are "just another guy" of the company. on the other hand, people working in small firms tend to be a lot more happier since most of their colleagues know who they are and they can even get friendly with the boss. it makes them feel "important". really... i am not saying expansion is bad, but maybe we could do it a bit later after we sort out all the leaders of the 3 gods, etc?

What you say is true. But what I'm hoping for is that these will be separate entities entirely. Sort of the way google is separate from youtube.
What I'd like to see, basically, is a whole new clan, but one with ties to us. Let's play pretend...

If you were the new emperor of P3GE (Pacific 3 gods empire) you would be in charge of the whole new clan. You'd have a recruitment thread, you'd have 2 kings, a forums master, and events. All at pacific times. You could keep it small (fewer than 100 members) so people would feel welcome.

But this is just theory.

We are working on filling all the positions, as we know it's important to you guys.

I'm havinbg a hard time as it is to stay active and try and further organise our clan. It would be alot of work making a whole other clan.. instead we could use that time and effort to further better the current Three Gods Empire.

None of the leaders are online.. players who have joined never are in the cc or just aren't online in general. I am becoming strict as this has just ticked me off.. we have Kidd Sean who has been an active an loyal member leaving due to these problems. He says from our thread we sound like an organised and fun clan.. but that is not the reality. I agree with him.

So from now on.. we will become a Clan again.

Well to be honest i havent reeally been trying to play rs with rl issues ive been having.

But i see we have problems beyond our control to some extent, so starting today ill try to get back on.

Ok, first off. Marine, they are fighting over if some of the finalists in the Combined cup cheated due to a glitch that hasn't been fixed yet. Also, some clan used corrupt dragon weapons in their clan wars fight, were disqualified, and are trying like mad to get that decision reversed. I'm standing on the sidelines watching, trying not to get involved.

I'm going to make a general announcement on the req change. I'd also like to say a little more, but I'll run it past you first.

~We have decided to raise our cb req to 80+ and are dropping the 75+ in a cb skill requirement. We are also discontinuing the Junior Membership option. This will in no way effect our current members either below the requirement or in the Junior Membership program.

Events are an important part of our clan, so we'd like to see more of you there. If you'd like to lead an event, let illpk know. We're always willing to let someone have a go. Now would be a good time to get into events so you know the process by the time future clan chat options are implemented in-game.
We will be conducting a very through membership sweep soon.

I suggest we hold events even if only 2 or 3 people show up. But not if it's like a hide-and-seek thing, more of a cockroach hunt or dual arena or FOG.
