About the Youtube account, I would think more on the lines of "3GodsEmpireRS" because it says exactly what we are, and the pass would be like "cheesecake" or "doggies".



About the clan non-loyalty issue, I suggest you cut the crap and hold a waiting list for the people currently in the clan that haven't been around here a long time and/or contribute less. I say we hold a meeting with some of the older members and run through the member list to figure out what exactly the "fat" is. Then we create a waiting list of the fat and prioritize and the people who are closer to the top get to re-join faster. (We might have to add people wanting to join to the end also). This (great) idea is exactly what we need to filter the flow of new members into the clan.

Something like that for the Youtube account would work.

I like the idea Smart. Put people on a weeks waiting list before being ranked and fully accepted.. that way we can deny those who dont meet our standards. What do you think Fate? Honar?

A waiting list sounds like a good idea. 100% support. Only one question, should we list those on the list separately? Or list them on the main listings but with a special designation like $$#@! or something?

page 41 of our thread has an Union invitation on it (goes to qfc: 90-91-143-58783189 ). It looks interesting...but one major thing that I wonder is if they realize we are a f2p clan. That could prove problematic for events like soul wars

I've come to realize something about us. We are the only major f2p clan on the RS forums. We have a position of great potential before us. Possibly, we could create our own alliance, specifically for f2p clans-if any will come

I'd also like to discuss making a 110+ Cb part of the God Armies since we actually have a few of them, and the 90+ one doesn't really cut it for them.

Us beeing a F2P clan could pose a problem. Yeah we are the largest F2P clan on the Rs Forums.. but we can become even better. Better recruitment.. more leadership, and overall stronger core and we could really run things

Ok, I've given this some thought.

We have room to grow. But I think that we need a way to see if we are growing. I think that we need benchmarks. For example,
X members at Monday-Friday events. (like 2-20 w/e)
X leaders communicating (sharing ideas, suggesting solutions)
X new members (this is a hard one since we don't want to hyper-inflate our numbers without real progress)
X members at the meetings we hold.

Stuff like this ^^
Once we attain a certain level of perfection (we will always be improving everything) we can turn our attention to other things such as new clan sections, a union, a newspaper for f2p and other stuff. But it should be "real" growth, eg. if we set a benchmark at 20 members at meetings, not proceed with expansion until we have 30 at them (please note numbers are hypothetical and not necessarily intended for actual use).

Also, I think maybe we should leave the encouragement (brow beating ) of attendance up to Kings and Ura and Lra's. This shouldn't be only up to 1 person.

As I am not in-game as much as a normal member, I will not suggest any levels of attendance to events.
My only suggestion is that we set the end of May as the date for having all the Advisor positions filled. (please note I will be out of town the last week of May )

I'm not quite sure what is going on with our allies, but it's weird. The Empire of Yanille shut down so far as I can tell. The Empire of Varrock is still down. The Northern Empire appears to have been restarted? and have a new thread. They are currently going under leadership changes. We are not on their allied list atm so I will reapply to them.

I suggest we let Smart make the Youtube acc, and give you and Enraikou and Ak the codes. We can begin videos as soon as we edit them?

The J mods are going to open a thread where we can post when our regular events happen so that J mods can "drop in" on some of them. I think it would be fun
