¤ Disciplinary System ¤
===================

In our disciplinary system you have a certain number of chances. Warnings are issued in a varying degree. This does not mean you can automatically be given a Fifth Offense penalty. This is a graduated system. (i.e. offenses are gained in order)

~First Offense~

This is the first offense warning you will receive. This may include breaking a rule held by the 3 Gods Empire.

~Second Offense~

This is a second warning. This warning is considered more serious that a First Warning. Anyone who garners a second warning is highly advised to improve their actions.

~Third Offense~

This offense warrants a mandatory kicking. This warning will be fulfilled no matter the offense. This Warning may include exclusion from events (most especially concerning pvp events) .

~Forth Offense~

This is considered a severe offense, warranting a court session. Depending on future conduct, a Fifth Warning may be issued. Please note that a Fifth Warning is your final warning, and a failed court session will result in expulsion from the Empire.

~Fifth Chance (Last Strike)~

This is the last chance offense. This level of offense mandates a court session at the accused persons earliest convenience. (not to exceed a wait period of 5 days. If a court session is not held within the time period, a guilty plea will be assumed.)

¤ Court System ¤
==============

If you are kicked or banned from the clan, you have a right to a trial.

A trial will take place at the nearest convenience of the accused. The trial will take place on world 29 in the Varrock North-east church. The Judge will either be illpkforever or an officer of General rank. The jury will consist of the 5 highest ranking clan members.
The accused is allowed to call witnesses on their behalf. Other clan members may be present at the trial, but must maintain a respectful silence. Any clan member that disrupts the proceedings may be given a warning and will be sent out of the area. (i.e. must maintain a 2 mini map area distance from the meeting area)

In the case of a kicking, the decision decided upon by the Judge and Jury is final. In the case of a banning, the decision made by the Judge and Jury is final.
In the event that an appeal is successful, there will be no action taken against the accused. Any actions taken by other members against the accused (most especially in a not-guilty verdict) will be condemned and appropriate action (including warnings) may be taken.

Yeah Zeig wanted to have some P2P events. I think we should do something like that but I don't necceserily want our clan to start sayin we're also lookinf for P2P members and that we are accomodating P2P Events. Like I don't mind that someone will organise a few events here or there but keep it strictly for the P2P people in our clan who might want to get together and do soemthing in P2P.

I completely understand about the p2p events thing, in fact, I also can see more graphically the work we need to do on our existing goals. So I'm tabling any ideas of franchising atm because they just won't work right now.

I logged into the cc last night, and was swamped by a sea of recruits. A scroll down to see all type of situation To say the least, I was thrilled thinking "we've come so far...". But something started to bother me. I was the only star in the cc, and some of the peeps were talking "smack" a bit (mainly 1 person). I pmed them to "please keep it pg?" and they said "I'll think about it".
Here's the bottom line. I don't think any of our members should be trying to bypass the filter, misspelling words that even jagex finds offensive. I don't necessarily blame the members, because we haven't told them not to. But I think that before we can really enforce anything like that, we need more leaders.
I believe, that we really, really need to fill the empty slots in the leadership positions. I'd suggest we rank up azn,badmarine and monty (and I'd say sc8 b/c he's been a huge help on the forums). I know monty is new, but I like the way he's handled himself in the cc.
I trust your judgement and I think you should fill in the other slots as you wish (provided honar doesn't fell bad about certain promotions). We can talk about this more, but please draw up a list. I'd like to have promotions done by Monday if possible

We still have some slots open on the skilling cup, which is wc this week. Deadline to file is the 19th.

Mhmm a lot of bad mouthing has been going on in the cc. People just don't respect each other. I agree that we need leaders and I would rather discuss it VIa Pm as clan members have been telling me some things about certain people. I'll fill you in on Rs. I wan't to have promotions done by even tomorow

anyways, um soo sorry 4 not being on. u see, abt a few days ago, my computer seriously got affected by critical viruses nd malware...
everytime i connect 2 the internet, the virus just keeps sending data to somewhere. its not letting any of my antiviruses run...so the last option for me is...formatting...
i will hopefully do it by next week since i need 2 backup a lot of data in my pc. sir fate n illpk, i like the idea of "franchising"

Some people asked about the cc updates...and the mods said it's only been 2-3 months since the ideas were submitted, so it's still too early So now I'm wondering, how long does an idea go from idea to content? Aside from that...maybe another activity sweep next week meh?

i was playin rs from a friend's pc. i was on the cc 2day nd saw dere was 1 particular player who wasent to my liking. sum player named Xsvdynastyxs or sumthin like dat. he was like abusing a player named dakilla. well, it wasent particularly uncensored, but was still kinda offensive. like "ur soo poor, um sure u dont even hav enough money 2 buy all my skill capes. go 2 bed, ur mommy n daddy blah blah blah..." nd more. i told him not 2 a couple of times, but he still carried on. i checked him on the hiscores nd he did hav a few 99s. but dat still dosent mean dat he can talk like dat to anybody just coz of his "experience." respect is all dat matters, no matter wat ur lvl. he is a great asset to the clan, but i dont think he shud be allowed 2 stay if he continues his behaviour. anyways, bye

We've been noticing a lack of respect by members, just like what you mentioned. (concerning this particular case, I know that dakilla can be abrasive...but that's no excuse for abuse)

In the future:
Please tell them to respect one another, and if they can't do that see if they can't at least be quiet But we should not tolerate disrespect towards other members, so you are authorized to kick. But please always kick responsibly and after kicking someone, please fill out one of the forms here on the off-site. (mainly, record any witnesses)

PvP Guidelines

1. Do not attack fellow Clan Members.
2. A maximum of 2 scouts for any team of PvPers.
3. You must never use public chat. Always talk in the Clan Chat.
4. Always follow Event Leaders instruction.
5. For piling Leader will direct you in the following way. " 3ge Sir Fatehill" This is the command for who every clan member must attack!

We had a problem with hsu and hbk today in the chat.

Ok, are these for only 1 god? Or is this for all of them? Because it'll take quite a few postings to get these...but since we're nearly to the end of our current thread, we could plan on this for the new one?

The edited Corps ranks are for all gods.. and thats cool to put em in the new theread.

I'll get those in this morning The scavenger hunt looks really good too, I'll see if it needs any tweaks and then plant it.

I think we have a few decisions to make concerning out thread. Currently we are at 4 pages, but when we remake it, I'm seeing it expanded to 5. I'm not sure that is a good image we want to promote, a "zomg i has to read allz that?" thing

So here's a few options we could do. We could keep the 5 page format, but only put application necessary information on the first page (basically saying, "read page 1, that's all") and making all the other pages gratis.
A different thing we could do is make 2 threads, a "Home" thread and our recruitment thread. Then move the god armies, explanation of succession, extra rules, Jagex cup, etc. to the Home thread. (also, I'd like to give endurance a proper home, not this "page 157" business. We should treat it like our own special intra-clan contest that it is ) But 2 threads would be more work to maintain, and 2 hasn't worked so well in the past for us

Anyways, one other thing I was thinking about, is on the application, adding a special caviot that says "do you wish to pk with us? Then please post a second app with our pking rules saying that you agree". And the placing all names that agree on a list and not allowing anyone who hasn't signed on our pvp trips. Again, it's just a thought.

Other than all this, I'm feeling really great today sun is shinning...grass is green...I'm 2 quests off of a quest cape....
